The first patch for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has landed, and while it’s relatively minimal, it will come as a relief to anyone whose progress has been hindered by The Closed Door quest.
As registered by Nintendo support websitethe newly released version 1.1.1 fixes an issue where “sometimes the player could not clear the main mission ‘The Closed Door’ even if they met the mission progress conditions.”
The patch notes say that the new update will fix the issue even if you’ve already encountered it, so those stuck in The Closed Door should now be able to continue the main quest without interruption.
Beyond the Closed Door mission fix, Nintendo simply says that v1.1.1 addresses several issues “to improve gameplay.”
Not to mention the recently discovered duplication issue that allows players to infinitely duplicate any resource that can be fused with an arrow. Looks like there’s still time to work your way to a fortune of Rs.
