Angel Di Maria is set to re-sign with Benfica, 13 years after leaving the Portuguese side for Real Madrid.
The 35-year-old Argentine decided to leave Juventus after just one season in Serie A.
Di Maria signed a one-year deal with Juve last summer after leaving Paris Saint-Germain after seven years in the French capital.
The winger was set to leave Turin after just one season last month, with a number of clubs keen to secure his signature.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Benfica have won the race to sign Di Maria.
He adds that the World Cup winner will sign a one-year deal to return to Lisbon.
