T-Rex, velociraptors, triceratops and more are set to take over Bolesworth from July 25-30 as the Jurassic Live Adventure begins.
The event will see dino rangers lead intrepid explorers of all ages on a unique and fascinating hour-long prehistoric expedition through Bolsworth Castle’s incredible ‘Jurassic Forest’, where dinosaurs of all shapes and sizes roam freely to this day.
As well as the chance to get up close to multiple species of dino, food and drink plus a small fun fair will be available before and after your dino tick tour.
The event is organized by Bolesworth in partnership with Jurassic Live, a Wrexham-based company that organizes dinosaur stage shows across the UK.
Nina Barber, managing director of Bolesworth, said: “While we have extensive experience of horse viewing at Bolesworth, you could say that dinosaurs are a different beast! When we discovered that the forest near Bolesworth Castle was home to a colony of dinosaurs, we called on the team at Jurassic Live for their expertise.
“Their experienced dinosaur rangers will lead dinosaur lovers of all ages on fascinating expeditions this summer through our newly named Jurassic Forest, where they can get up close and see these incredible creatures in their natural habitats.
“This summer we can’t wait to welcome everyone… to Jurassic Live Adventure at Bolesworth.”
Sam Foulkes, managing director of Jurassic Live, said: “Obviously we’re very used to working with dinosaurs, so when we heard about the discovery of prehistoric animals at Bolesworth we were delighted to help!
“We’ve created an incredible tour that will allow intrepid explorers to come face-to-face with a host of beloved dinosaurs, all in their special enclosures, to create the world’s most unique and immersive live dinosaur experience.”
